Meet
the IMT Staff
Robert
Seymoure, MS, MPH, Senior Case Manager
Robert
has been with IMT since 1992 and has extensive
experience working with clients with mental
health and substance abuse issues. He has
two Masters degrees, one in Public Health
from U.C. Berkeley, and another in Counseling
Psychology from C.S.U. Hayward. Robert is currently a member of the Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services Housing Task Force. Prior to
joining IMT, he worked as a Public Health
Nutritionist and performed 8 years of administrative
work for the military. Robert is very knowledgeable
about coordinating public benefits and community
services for clients with limited resources
who need long-term support.
Morgan
Gleason, Case Manager & Social Security
Specialist
As
our very first employee, Morgan has been
with IMT since 1987 and has served in many
different roles. We rely on her expertise
of the Social Security claims process for
obtaining and retaining government benefits
for all eligible clients. In addition, Morgan
provides outstanding case management services
to our elderly clients and those with special
needs including overseeing medications,
consulting with medical professionals and
recommending treatment programs. She has
a BA in French from C.S.U. Hayward and has
several years experience working in the
legal profession.
Steven
Muegge, Case Manager & Real Property
Specialist
Steve
came to IMT in 2004 and manages all aspects
of our $13M portfolio of client and trust
real properties located across Northern
California, including personal residences,
income and commercial properties. He also
provides exceptional case management services
to special needs clients.
Prior to joining us, Steve worked alongside
many of our clients by performing
home assessments, property maintenance and
safety evaluations since 1995. He has also handled
numerous client moves and estate liquidations
with great sensitivity and care.
Liz
Paulus, CTFA, Director of Trust & Investment
Services
New to IMT in 2006, Liz has over 17 years
of experience in the legal, financial and
healthcare fields. She specializes in trust,
estate and probate administration and oversees
the investments for IMT’s trust and
client assets. She was formerly with Whittier
Trust Company and served as a Trust Officer
with The Mechanics Bank. Liz is a Certified
Trust and Financial Advisor through the American
Bankers Association and holds a Graduate Certificate
in Financial Planning from Golden Gate University.
She holds a
BA in Management and a Paralegal Certificate from St. Mary’s College.
She is also a member of the East Bay Estate
Planning Council and serves as President
of the Estate Planning Council of Southern
Alameda County.
Lennie
E. Jose, Director of Finance
Lennie has been with IMT since 1991 and is
an expert in preparing court accountings and
trust accountings to beneficiaries and is
regularly called upon to share her knowledge. She also oversees the preparation and filing
of all personal tax returns for our clients,
fiduciary tax returns for trusts and estates
and she performs regular audits of client
bank accounts and petty cash funds. Before
IMT, she was a CPA for 13 years in the Philippines.
Lennie has a BS in Business Administration/Accounting
from University of the East in Manila, Philippines.
Luz
C. Fernandez, Client Operations
Luz joined IMT in 1997 and proficiently manages
our client financial services including bill
paying, receipts & disbursements, petty
cash management, temporary safekeeping and
client payroll reporting. She actively monitors our clients'
cash flow and ensures accurate record keeping
for reporting to various government agencies
as required. Luz has a BS degree in Commerce,
major in Accounting, from Far Eastern University
in Manila, Philippines.
Jill
Rydman, Administrative Office Manager
Jill came on board in 2007 and brought with
her over 8 years of professional experience
with a wide variety of Bay Area employers
including Wells Fargo, ICG Communications
and most recently Willows Theatre Company.
Jill skillfully manages all of our day-to-day
office needs and ensures IMT is running smoothly
and efficiently. She received her Bachelor
of Arts degree in Dramatic Arts from U.C.
Santa Barbara.
Connie Muir, Administrative Assistant
Connie joined IMT in 2008 and has over 20 years experience in the banking and pharmaceutical fields. She provides assistance to callers and enthusiastically supports our Case Managers with various client-related projects. In addition, Connie maintains all of our confidential file systems for current and closed cases.
